When we have something on our mind, feel a bit stressed, angry, moody, anxious, fed up or depressed etc it can be really helpful to talk to someone. Often our parents, friends or those close to us is fine, but sometimes a bit of emotional support with someone impartial that won’t tell you what to do or judge you and will really listen can be more helpful. Much of what we do at Clued-up is offering you time just to talk.
